This is a beginner's speedrunning route, Any% KPDR (Kraid → Phantoon → Draygon → Ridley). There's a good tutorial video by Mishrak109 detailing the route here. At some point I may add different route options, but this is a good starting point if just getting into speedrunning. Some areas are a little tricky but can easily be done with some practice.
